This project began in late 2000. I was contacted by Andrea Moriarty after she received a referral from my former employers Scott Penn & Brad Cage of Partnership Painting. They are one of the best Painting Companies in Los Angeles. They were the first professionals involved with this project. In mid 2001 I took over all aspects of painting for this project. It was Scott and Brad's selfless, unknowing act which was the catalyst that brought together all these great professionals. And together we recapture this 1921 house and turn it into a home. PHYSICAL TRADE CONTACTS
Billy & Brett have spent more time on this project of all the professionals listed below. Outside of updating the infrastructure of their respected field of expertise they never once disruted or changed the integrity of this home.
